This Villa has two bedrooms, each with ensuites and walkouts to the pool terrrace. The bedrooms are air conditioned and there is also a second floor loft with a sofabed, perfect for extra company. All the rooms are beautifully decorated and very spacious, the living area has a direct walk out to the terrace and also the dining area. |

50% deposit is required at time of reservation with balance due 60 days prior to arrival. If the reservation is made within 60 days of arrival full payment is required.
If cancelled prior to 60 days of arrival a full refund will be issued (minus $100 administration fee). If cancelled within 60 days of arrival no refund is provided.
Payments may be made via wire transfer or certified bank check. VISA, MasterCard and American Express are also accepted.
Check in time is 3:00 p.m. and check out time is 11:00 a.m.
Maximum 2 persons per bedroom. $25 per person for each additional person over 10 years of age. No charge for children less than 10 years of age in the same room with parents.
Credit card required for $500 security deposit.
