This lovely villa is situated in the Sea Rocks on the northeast side of the island. Sea Rocks has long been an exclusive residential area for full time residents and the villa renters. It is quite beautiful and secluded. This villa is short 5 minuite drive or 20 minute walk to Shoal Bay East, one of the most spectacular beaches on the Island. Almost every home or villa in this area sits high overlooking the sea, quite close to waters edge and there is a path to the sea. |

This villa is very spacious and elegant, the living room /dining room are seperate, very large and perfect for relaxation and entertaining. There are three bedrooms on the main level and a fourth on the lower level. All are very comfortable and airy. |

50% deposit is required at time of reservation with balance due 60 days prior to arrival. If the reservation is made within 60 days of arrival full payment is required.
If cancelled prior to 60 days of arrival a full refund will be issued (minus $100 administration fee). If cancelled within 60 days of arrival no refund is provided.
Payments may be made via wire transfer or certified bank check.
Check in time is 3:00 p.m. and check out time is 11:00 a.m.
Maximum 2 persons per bedroom $25 per person, for each additional person over 10 years of age. No charge for children less than 10 years of age in the same room with parents.
Credit card required for $500 security deposit.
