Spy Glass Villa overlooks the Sandy Ground village on the cliffside with wonderful views of the incoming yachts and cargo boats that come and go into the the busy harbour. The Master bedroom of this four bedroom villa features a king size bed and small outside deck to enjoy the views. A large ensuite bathroom has everything you could need for your stay including robes, fluffy oversized towels and amenities. |

There are two second floor wings, each with its own master size bedroom and ensuite bath complete with outdoor shower and Jacuzzi. There is private patio with each master and you can enjoy fabulous views and sunsets from these. A third guest room on the main floor also has its own ensuite and this bedroom has a walkout to the pool area. All bedrooms are air-conditioned. All bedrooms have private entrances so this is not a suitable villa for young children. We recommend children over 12 only. |

Spyglass overlooks the picturesque harbour and a 4th bedroom suite on the lower level features a king-sized bed, mini fridge, separate bathroom and an entertainment area featuring a top of the line maple billiards table and electronic darts game. The bedroom area can be separated from the games area if other guests in the villa use it. The lower level suite has a private entrance and a private deck. There is an addl entrance to the games area from the villa. |

As well, there is a wonderful new gym area featuring an elliptical machine and treadmill. The gym area is enclosed by sliding glass panels so our guests can enjoy full views and breezes while exercising. There is a central open-air atrium, which provides outdoor lounging and dining areas. This area opens onto the kitchen, living and dining room and stairways to bedrooms. There is a wonderful herb garden in the atrium which guests are welcome to use. |

The Living room has beautiful bamboo floors and beamed ceilings. A plasma tv and sectional sofa are great for watching DVDs and to keep up with the news while on holiday. High-speed internet is now available for $75.00 per week for unlimited time. |

Policies: Rates are per night and are quoted in U.S. Dollars. Rates include government tax and service charge.
A 50% deposit of the total rate plus service and taxes is required to confirm your reservation. The balance payment is due 30 days prior to arrival if paying by wire transfer and 60 days in advance if paying with certified bank check. Visa and Mastercard are also accepted. Holiday Season reservations balance payments are due by November 1. If reservations are made within 30 days of arrival date the full rental amount is required to confirm your reservation.
Cancellations: Cancellations must be made in writing directly to the Management Company. The following cancellation fees will be applied: More than 60 days prior to arrival: 25% of the gross rental; within 60 to 30 days prior: 50% of gross rental; less than 30 days prior: 100% of gross rental

Maximum occupany is 2 people per room.
Payments may be made via wire transfer or certified bank check. VISA and MasterCard are also accepted.

Damage to Accommodation Property: Should the Guest cause any damage to the premises (structure), furniture, fixtures and household items, (aside from normal wear and tear) the Guest agrees to reimburse the Management Company of Spyglass Hill Villa before leaving at a fair and reasonable price determined by the Management Company Owners. Any missing household items (i.e. beach towels, room decorations, keys etc.) will also be the responsibility of the rental guest and will be billed upon departure.
