View Fort Villa

The stunning Villa View Fort offers a captivating blend of old-world Caribbean charm and modern architectural excellence. Located on the crest of Crocus Hill, Anguilla's highest elevation of 213 feet, the villa enjoys panaromic views of the Atlantic and Crocus Bay. At the heart of the Villa is the original "Cottage" which has been lovingly and meticulously restored. Its simple, elegant lines are complimented by the classic elements of the surrounding wings.

View View Fort has 4 bedrooms: one king bedroom and 3 queen bedrooms. Each bedroom features spacious and modern travertine marble bathrooms, a/c and ceiling fans, plasma TV, telephone and stereo. The common areas include the Sanctuary/Library which in addition to a large selection of books and board games has a beautifully draped daybed in a secluded alcove for relaxing and for those quiet moments.

An elegantly appointed, intimate dining room has seating for up to 8 persons. Beautiful table linens, cutlery and several choices of dishware are available for both casual and formal dining. The state of the art gourmet kitchen features stainless steel Viking and Sub-Zero appliances, Andiroba wide-plank wood floors and cabinets, granite countertops and a large island with bar stools for 6-8 persons. The Gazebo was professionally designed with a wet bar and service counter, refrigerator and storage, private powder room and shower facilities. Expandable awnings allow for a variety of social functions throughout the day and evening with seating for up to 18 people. Hammocks and elegant chaise lounge seating plus surround-sound music and scented candles contribute to the magical setting.

The Lounge/Living room opens onto the stone terrace and pool with a magnificent sea view. Amenities include sound system and a 42" Plasma TV with cable. Bamboo accents complement cool marbe floors and exotic island art provides just the right splash of Caribbean flavor. Recognizing that in todays time it is often important to stay connected to your business the villa has an equipped office for your use with a Mac computer, printer, copier, scanner and fax.

Villa View Fort has several different outdoor areas for your relaxation and pleasure including a 20 x 16 infinity pool, jacuzzi deck with aromatherapy misters and a secluded Wellness Suite on the edge of the property where you may enjoy the services of a massage therapist in air conditioned comfort and serene atmosphere. Last but not least is the private gym with treadmill, multi-station gym and recumbent bike. Personalized service is provided for guests with welcome cocktail and hors d'oeuvres, butler service, daily maid service and welcome breakfast on the first morning after arrival. There is complimentary pre-arrival bar stocking service and a special Caribbean Barbeque Night complete with a local String Band, Steel pan or Calypso music for you and your guests. Private chef service may be arranged or you may choose from the in-house menus for breakfast.
