Arca villa is a spacious, luxury villa built on a hillside allowing it to catch the trade-winds breezes so that air conditioning is not necessary. It is in a quiet location with a wonderful view over Falmouth Harbour and surrounded by many tropical trees. Around the open patio there are five bedrooms, each with private bathroom, ceiling fan and wooden furniture. Steps lead down to the large living room, a fully equipped kitchen and access to the terrace, swimming pool and the BBQ area. In the lower level you will find the studio with a double bed, bathroom and kitchen with it’s own private entrance. If you wish, meals can be prepared for you by the Italian owner.

Arca Villa is located in the south coast of Antigua, on a hillside of about 1 acre of land with lush tropical plants and fruit trees. It overlooks Falmouth Harbour and English Harbour which are the main starting point of the Antigua Classic and Sailing Week Regattas which attract sailors from all over the world. A must see are the historic Nelson’s Dockyard and the naval base of Admiral Nelson which are perfectly preserved. Five minutes driving distance to wonderful beaches with crystal-clear water, a stable for horse riding, tennis courts, restaurants, supermarket and marinas where you can go sailing or fishing if you like.
