This Spanish style villa boasts two double bedrooms with baths, living and dining areas with spectacular views of the Caribbean Sea beyond, a well appointed kitchen, and a sun patio overlooking the ocean. The swimming pool is for the exclusive use of the guests at the cottage during the winter season.

What is included
This privately owned cottage is let complete with all equipment and utilities, and run by a staff of maid/cook, with laundry being done at the main house.

Location
On the ridge overlooking the Golden Mile Beach at Heywoods in the parish of St.Peter, approximately one mile to excellent swimming, one mile to shopping and supermarket facilities in Speightstown, 5 miles to the same in Holetown, 11 miles to the capital, Bridgetown, and 19 miles to the airport.
