Living and dining can be formal or informal on the patio overlooking the swimming pool. A baby grand piano adds to the appointment of this villa.

Monkey cottage, a quaint self contained cottage perchedd overlooking the ravine, offers an additional fourth air conditioned bedroom and pullout bed in the livingroom.

Jackson Heights also offers a beach cabana on the Sandy Lane Beach, just a quarter mile through the Sandy Lane Estate.

This privatly owned villa is let complete with all equipment and utilities and is run by the owner's trained staff of housekeeper/cook, maid and laundress.
