Set in over an acre and a half of tropical gardens in the heart of the exclusive Sandy Lane Estate, Klairan offers luxury island living.

The spacious living room opens onto the expansive pool patio, overlooking the third fairway of the Sandy Lane Golf Course with panoramic views of the Caribbean Sea beyond. Dining can be casual in the pool gazebo or more formal in the tasteful dining room which opens onto the pool deck.

There is a choice of five double bedrooms, although Klairan only permits a maximum of eight persons. Three bedrooms overlook the pool, with two bedrooms in the main house, all with ensuite bathrooms and air conditioned. The master suite is not available for rental.

Klairan also enjoys the use of the Sandy Land Beach Facilities on the exclusive Sandy Lane Beach.

What is included
This privately owned villa is let complete with all equipment and utilities and is run by a staff of butler, cook and maid/laundress. Night security is provided on the property.

Location
On the Sandy Lane Estate overlooking the third fairway of the Golf Course. 1/4 mile from excellent swimming on the Sandy Lane Beach, 1/4 mile from shopping and supermarket facilities at Holetown, 5 miles from the capital Bridgetown, and 12 miles from Grantley Adams International Airport.
