This is a superb, attractively furnished, Spanish Style home set in well maintained, spacious gardens that run to the lovely St.James Beach.

This modern home has the unusual aspect of a Tamarind Tree growing up through the roof. The house has two living areas and a large dining area, all of which open onto a terrace which has its own barbecue.

There are three air-conditioned bedrooms with bathrooms ensuite. The master and second bedrooms each have king size beds and the third bedroom is twin bedded. The study is air-conditioned and has a pull out bed and its own bathroom. Off the study and dining area is a very well equipped kitchen.

Staff:
Cook, maid, laundress and gardener.

About ¾ of a mile north of Sandy Lane Hotel, ½ mile south of Holetown, 6 miles to Bridgetown, and 16 miles to the airport.
