The adjacent bedroom wing with its four air-conditioned, screened bedrooms and four and one-half baths overlooks the very private pool and a large sun deck with cushioned teak patio furniture and a hammock. A private path leads down to The Gestalt's oceanside dock for diving and snorkeling. Masterfully designed to combine maximum livability with unparalleled privacy, The Gestalt may also be combined with Steele Point villa, 1/3 mile down the Estate road, and/or with next-door Blackbeard's Hideaway (a new 2-bedroom villa on Steele Point Estate, to be completed in December, 2007), to accommodate larger groups of up to 22 persons. |

Miscellaneous: A 7-night minimum rental period is required for the Gestalt all year around (except Christmas/New Year's when a 14-night minimum rental is required).
a 4-wheel-drive rental jeep is recommended for the Gestalt. Steele Point Estate's manager, Rick, lives on the Estate, in a separate apartment. He is there to assist you with anything you might need, including island advice - but your privacy at Gestalt is completely assured.
The new two-bedroom cottage, Blackbeard's Hideaway, is being constructed next door to The Gestalt, but the property owners have promised to keep noise and disruption down to the lowest level possible. The Hideaway should be completed by early 2008.
