A paved road leads down to Little Thatch's exquisite, white sand beach fringed with majestic sea grape and coconut palm trees; the West Indian style Beach House at one end features a full kitchen and bar, music system, changing rooms and showers, and a modern dock at the other end serves as the starting point for fun-filled days on the island's captained speedboat water-skiing, fishing, snorkeling and diving on myriad coral reefs, or enjoying a castaway picnic - or try the island's sailing dinghies, kayaks, and windsurfers and bikes. Rates all year round, per night for Little Thatch:
$10,450 per night for 1 to 4 persons
$11,750 per night for 5 to 10 persons
(3 night minimum required)
Daily rates include all taxes and staff gratuities.
Little Thatch is closed August, September and October
Payments: A deposit of 25% of your total rental cost must reach us within 21 days of your booking, or your dates will be cancelled without further notice. The balance due must be received by us 90 days before your arrival date; failure to send your final payment on time will result in your reservation being cancelled and no deposit refunded. If your booking lead-time is 90 days or less, payment in full is due within 21 days. Travel insurance is highly recommended. Little Thatch's Cancellation Policy is available upon request - please request a copy before you make your booking.

The ultimate heaven, a verdant 54-acre private tropical island of your own! Little Thatch boasts a stately, hilltop Great Room with spacious living areas, kitchen, dining areas, and access to the enormous 21x65 foot no-edge fresh water pool. The king master bedroom cottage and four additional king guest bedroom cottages, all with private garden terraces and native stone showers which enjoy memorable sea views, lead off from the Great Room and are accessed via lighted garden pathways. Below on the idyllic white-sand beach, dotted with palms and sea grape trees and featuring an unspoiled snorkeling reef beyond, is the Beach Cottage complete with a full kitchen, bar, music system, hammock, changing rooms and showers. A dock at the other end of the beach offers endless adventures and water sports; a 24 foot powerboat with your own captain is available at your whim for nearby island-hopping, castaway picnics, snorkeling trips, water-skiing and light-tackle fishing. The beach staff is ready to provide you with laser sailing dinghies, ocean kayaks, Mistral and F2 windsurfers, body boards, snorkel gear and pool floats - or, if you'd rather stay on land, there are books, a music collection, board games, bikes, badminton, volleyball and table tennis. E-mail and fax facilities, personal laundry service and a daytime helicopter landing pad are also available.
