Perched on the side of a quiet valley, this enchanting red pagoda-roofed home sits invitingly behind a gated entry amongst 2-1/2 acres of tropical gardens. Vaulted ceilings and airy spaciousness throughout contribute to this magical setting. The living and dining areas greet you and adjoin the large gourmet kitchen with a center island. Just beyond is one bedroom (with 2 twin beds which can be made into a king, with your advance request), and bath. |

Doors open all around from the kitchen and living area to the semi-covered pool deck and the sparkling pool edged by plants and overlooking ocean views beyond; a covered area of the deck provides a cool alfresco dining spot with inspiring sea views. On the other side of the pool is the master suite pavilion, and the hot tub deck under the stars. |

The king master suite features a secluded world with its own balcony overlooking the nearly-private Little Bay Beach below, and screened sliders though which you can slip right into the pool. Comfortable and casual, cool and breezy, Magic Castle is the perfect spot for guests seeking peace and quiet relaxation. |

Miscellaneous: The manager of Magic Castle and her two friendly, quiet and polite dogs, Splash and Brutus, live in an apartment below the villa; she's there if you have questions, but her quarters do not look into any part of the villa or the pool or hot tub areas...your privacy is assured at charming Magic Castle!
A 10-night minimum rental is required at Magic Castle over the Christmas/New Year's period.
A four-wheel drive rental car or jeep is recommended for Magic Castle.
As is true in any popular and growing destination, construction of several new homes continues in the Little Bay neighborhood and near Magic Castle. We will be happy to get current details of such activity for you, and to give you as much information as we are able to gather or observe about any noise or disturbance nearby...please inquire!
