The Mill's topmost floor comprises Sugar Mill's Rooftop Suite, a compact and charming one-bedroom level for two, featuring central air-conditioning, a king bed dressed in fine linens, and a wonderfully-equipped gourmet kitchen for those who love to cook on holiday. Through curtained french doors is your private tiled balcony with sink-into cushioned chairs for sunset cocktails. Outside, a stone staircase curves up to Sugar Mill's top level, the Rooftop where your own private pool and terrace overlooks the sea, blue skies and green islands in the distance. This Rooftop terrace, exclusively for Rooftop Suite guests only, offers alfresco dining, cushioned chairs, sofa and chaise lounges, plus a big gas grill for poolside cookouts - take advantage of cool tradewinds and birds-eye views of ocean and evening sunsets. When switched on, a waterfall cascades from the Rooftop's pool down past round porthole windows, creating an even more exotic atmosphere at Sugar Mill.

You'll find the Rooftop Suite a creative pied-a-terre with curved walls; an excellent use of space. Cool slate floors add a rich look, lighting is well done inside and out, and interesting decorative items collected on Caribbean travels add a lighthearted flair to the interior. Sugar Mill is surrounded by flowering tropical gardens set amongst boulders, and enjoys such memorable views. Behind the Sugar Mill for your exploration are 19th-century historic stone ruins of Nail Bay's old sugar plantation. Although Sugar Mill is secluded on a private hillside, Nail Bay's office, restaurant and bar are but a short walk away. Book this one-of-a-kind villa early for you and your sweetie!
