This three bedroom, three bathroom house, located in Almond Grove Estates, sits at the top of a hill, with a private pool giving you complete privacy.

Cocktail hour is held on the spacious pool deck, placed to let you gaze over to Anguilla and enjoy each days' sunset. The living room has light traditional/country Italian furniture, a TV, VCR, stereo/tape/CD, screens, and ceiling fan, A/C and screened windows. One master bedroom is on the main level and two more are upstairs with "to die for" views. On the lower level there is a fourth bedroom with a small sitting room and kitchenette which may be available upon special request. All rooms offer an unobstructed view of the blue Caribbean and the island of Anguilla on the horizon.

Each bedroom has a private bathroom with a shower, air conditioning, ceiling fans and screens. The well equipped kitchen has a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, ice machine, blender, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, and BBQ. The beach is just a few minutes drive on either the French or Dutch sides of the island. Marigot and Simpson Bay are a few minutes drive away. Given the space, views and location, this villa is one of the best rental values on the island.
