Minimum stay: 7 nights are required if stay includes any of these nights of December 25th - December 31, 2010
Weekly rental: 7 nights minimum. For low season weekly rentals there is housekeeping at check-in and check-out. Extra housekeeping: $45/day.
Maximum occupancy: 2 bedrooms: 4 adults and 1 child or 5 adults, 3 bedrooms: 6 adults and 1 child or 7 adults
All 12 villas are between 1500-2200 sq.ft. plus large ocean front terraces and are built of
stone, teak wood and glass.
Each 2 bedroom Villa has a fully equipped kitchen, breakfast counter, 1 king or 2 twin beds in each bedroom, living
area with sofa, teak lounge chairs, dining table and chairs on terrace, 2 bathrooms with showers, air
conditioning, in-room safes, satellite TV, direct-dial phone, 110/220V outlets, hair dryer, barbecue and a guest card from Cap Caraibes Resort for charging privileges at the restaurants along Orient Bay.

Cancellation policy:
*December 20, 2009 to January 5, 2010: Cancellations received within 45 days of arrival or no shows are non-refundable.
*January 6,2010 -April 15th, 2010: Cancellation received within 21 days of arrival or no shows are subject to a 3 nights penalty
*April 15, 2010 - December 19, 2010: A deposit of 1000€ or $1350 is requested. It is refundable if cancellation occurs more than 30 days prior to arrival date.
