Special deposit requirements for monthly rentals:
Average priced accommodations are based on a flat fee of 750.00 plus 250.00 for each bedroom. Higher end properties are more, and depend on owners suggestions and requirements. Phone, electricity, and maid service cleaning upon departure are deducted from the security deposit, with copies of bills presented to guests. Please note: these special deposit requirements are applicable to the monthly rentals only!
