Designed by the late, great Arne Hasselqvist of Mustique Villas fame, elegant Swallow Villa offers sophisticated comfort in a convenient locale. This luxury villa offers a gourmet kitchen adjoining the living and dining area, a computer-equipped office, a breezy covered patio area, and three air-conditioned bedroom/bath suites.

The king master suite is enhanced by a large and lavish master bath with a jacuzzi tub for two, mirrored walls, deluxe shower and a dressing room. French doors lead out to the covered patio and to the sunny pool deck and gazebo. The second bedroom/bath suite is across the patio for excellent privacy, and the third separate air-conditioned bedroom/bath is at the end of Swallow Villa's blue-tiled pool in its own pavilion. An exotic hardwood staircase leads to this pavilion's air-conditioned lower level with a sitting room and an exercise area with workout equipment.

Wonderfully decorated and equipped, Swallow Villa is situated right across the street from the beach, near neighborhood restaurants and a mini-market, and is just a short drive to famous Grand Anse Beach, shops, airport, and picturesque St. George's. And it's well situated to catch cool tropical breezes and lovely sunset views of Prickly Bay and yachts at anchor.

Upon your arrival, your first evening's dinner with wine and a welcome basket with breakfast items will await you. Merle, Swallow Villa's housekeeper and an excellent cook, is on hand to prepare three delicious meals per day for you (you buy the groceries and beverages; her cooking services are included in the weekly rental rate) to make your Grenada holiday relaxing and carefree...you'll find her warm, friendly and accommodating. (Merle is also available for babysitting at $5 per hour, and can stay late or on weekends at your request at $7 per hour additional. **She will be cooking at Swallow Villa after 8 a.m. Mondays through Fridays and until noon on Saturdays; maid and laundry service at Swallow Villa is done daily).

In exercise area: Bowflex exercise station, treadmill, Nordic Track Abworks, thigh machine (NOTE: no one under 18 is permitted in exercise area). Also, built-in charcoal grill, automatic generator, security system; beach chairs, umbrella, beach coolers + assorted snorkel gear; full-size wood baby crib + highchair; dishwasher, laundry. GUESTS AT SWALLOW VILLA MAY ALSO USE ALL FACILITIES of the CALABASH HOTEL, across the road: the beach, chaise lounges, non-motorized watersports, tennis court, fitness room, large pool, snooker room, Jefferson' Beach Restaurant, The Barnes Beach Bar and Rhodes Restaurant. Aromatherapy, reflexology, massage and beauty treatments are available by visiting therapists. All guests at Swallow Villa are entitled to a 10% discount on all Food and Beverage consumed at Calabash. [PLEASE NOTE: Calabash welcomes children over 12 years only during January 15 through March 15, and children of all ages during the rest of the year. Calabash will close on September 1 and reopen on October 12, 2008, and will be closed on September 1 to reopen on October 13, 2009. During these periods, Swallow Villa will be available for rental, but the facilities at Calabash will not be available for your use.]

**PREPARATION OF 3 MEALS PER DAY IS INCLUDED IN SWALLOW VILLA'S RENTAL RATES ABOVE, MONDAYS THROUGH FRIDAYS, AND UNTIL NOON ON SATURDAYS. By your advance arrangement, Merle is also available for babysitting at $5 U.S. per hour, and can stay late or on weekends at $7 U.S. per hour additional charge. Merle is generally at Swallow Villa after 8 a.m. Mondays through Fridays, and until noon on Saturdays. When you arrive and are settled in Swallow Villa, Merle will gladly go grocery shopping with you and help you plan the meals you wish her to cook for you.
MAID AND LAUNDRY SERVICES ARE DONE SEVEN DAYS PER WEEK.
AS IS TRUE in any popular and growing destination, construction of new homes continues on Grenada, and particularly in L'Anse aux Epines. New homes are currently under construction, and one is being built nearby Swallow Villa (which is supposed to be completed in May/June, 2007).
