    PLEASE NOTE: The owners of L'Apero also own Soleil Eternel. They will be renovating Soleil
    Eternel until (at least) February 2010. While that will be great news once completed in
    the meantime there may be some construction noise heard at L'Apero. At this time the villa 
    owners are not willing to give any kind of discount to renters of L'Apero for construction 
    noise.
