Situated cliffside above the Atlantic Ocean with a panoramic down-island view of the Virgin Passage and beyond, this beautifully-appointed luxury home features three air-conditioned king master suites, each with a full bath and a private verandah facing the ocean and tropical tradewinds. A stairway leads from the parking area down into Allure's Great Room; on this fully-air-conditioned main level are the kitchen and dining areas and the adjoining king master suite. Verandahs with an alfresco dining pavilion and a sunning area border the Great Room and connect to an exterior staircase down to the level below with lap pool, hot tub and sun deck.

A second, interior staircase accesses Allure's lower level and the second and third air-conditioned king master suites and twin covered patios, and out to the pool and hot tub deck just outside. The lap pool is a generous 32 feet and its deck overlooks the ocean with crashing waves below - so dramatic, yet extremely calming and relaxing. Lavishly furnished in wickers, pastels and island artwork and beautifully equipped, this spacious two-level villa is a designer's dream! Just a few minutes' drive to the Magens Bay Beach and Mahogany Run Golf Course, Allure is ideal for couples yearning for privacy and romance.

*** Hot tub situation (Jan.2008): that the hot tub at Allure has begun to leak occasionally. As of today, the electronics still work fine. However, as a precaution, we request that all future guests should be advised promptly that there MAY BE NO functioning HOT TUB at Allure during their stay. We have no way of knowing if the leak will get worse and render the hot tub unusable. The villa owners are looking at options but due to shipping etc., there may be no new hot tub at Allure until the spring, so please let your Allure guests know there may be a problem during their stay! Per the Villa Management Company's Terms & Conditions, no refunds will be given if the hot tub stops working during a rental. We're sorry. June-2008 Update: it looks like that a new hot tub will be added by the end of 2008. Inquire if it will be there for your stay. June-2008 Update 2: Good news, the hot tub will be installed by the end of the summer. Also, A/C has been installed in the Great Room
