The Mill House, perched near the ruins of a 200-year-old Danish sugar plantation, offers quiet, and casual seclusion. A short stroll brings you to the Orchid House set hillside amongst a riot of colorful and fragrant orchids. Continuing down towards the beach, through garden paths and majestic trees, sits the Beach House. With its open-air dining and entertainment areas, and a refreshing Olympic-sized swimming pool alongside, the Beach House is just steps away from one of Botany Bay's three beaches fringed with palms and sea grapes. The Beach House provides a gathering place and cool, shady nooks in which to read or doze after a swim.

A minute's drive brings you to Botany Bay Estate's most secluded and impressive Sandy Bay, a private white-sand beach offering sunbathing, swimming and snorkeling. Another paved road takes you to the Estate's helipad, from which you can hike down to the Mermaid's Chair, a natural rock formation that stands timelessly still as the ocean's ebb and flow leaves behind some of its loveliest seashells. Just to the west is an idyllic spit of sand, crystal-clear water and tide pools leading to the most westerly end of the island - the peninsula called Little St.Thomas, where the Atlantic and Caribbean meet.
