Fully air-conditioned and with a bi-level floorplan, Pelican View's main floor features a spacious living area shared with kitchen and dining areas and a full bath and laundry room; the pool, sun decks and latticed outdoor dining terrace with a gas grill wrap around the Great Room on two sides, accessed via glass sliding doors.

Above on the upper level are two air-conditioned king bedrooms and baths, one with a balcony overlooking the surf breaking below. Vibrant fabrics enliven the comfortable wicker seating, and Caribbean art provides a colorful counterpoint to the serene blue of the ocean just outside. Very well-equipped, this duplex villa on St.Thomas's pristine north side provides a wonderful seaside haven for a relaxing holiday.
