Perched in a stunning fashion between huge boulders, surrounded by tropical plantings, and just minutes from Magen's Beach, Sunset offers spectacular panoramic views of both the Atlantic and Caribbean with magnificent sunsets in the evening. Sunset is a private, friendly and spacious villa of cedar beams, cool white ceramic tile and splashes of tropical color. A staircase leads you up to Sunset's expansive sun decks, pool, and to its two pavilions (please note that the jacuzzi in the first picture is not there anymore, but has been decked over).

The main pavilion houses the fully-air-conditioned living, dining and kitchen areas, and two adjacent air-conditioned queen bedrooms share a bath. Glass slider doors open to a balcony and to a sheltered deck with gazebo just outside for alfresco dining under the stars.

The second pavilion, across the deck, has two air-conditioned bedroom/bath suites, each with its own separate entrance. This pavilion overlooks the large sunny deck with pool and chaise lounges for an island tan. Sunset is bright, welcoming and extremely well-equipped with nearly everything you desire for that perfect villa vacation with family or friends.

Dec.8 2006: Please note that the jacuzzi in the first picture is not there anymore, but has been decked over. New is a beautiful new roofed gazebo/dining pavilion between the main house and the bedroom pavilion. There have been done some new interiors at Sunset as well - new colors in the rooms. The outside decks have also just been sanded and repainted.
As is true in any popular destination, new construction continues in many areas of St. Thomas. Sunset is about 3 lots away from this construction, but so far all Sunset guests have said the noise did not bother them. At this time, no discount is being offered. We will be happy to get current details of such activity for you and give you as much information as we are able to gather or observe about any disturbance near Sunset - please inquire..
