Each villa has air-conditioned bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. Villas 2, 3, and 4 are beachside villas with the same amenities as Villa 1. These unique villas each have their own pool,are comforting and relaxing and you cannot beat the location on beautiful Meads Bay beach. Some of the best restaurants and Hotels on Anguilla are within walking distance and grocery stores are just a 5 minute drive. |

50% deposit is required within 14 days of booking with balance due 90 days prior to arrival. If the reservation is made within 90 days of arrival full payment is required.
If cancelled prior to 90 days of arrival a full refund will be issued (minus $100 administration fee). If cancelled within 60 days of arrival no refund is provided.

Check in time is 3:00 p.m. and check out time is 11:00 a.m.
Maximum 2 persons per bedroom $25 per person, for each additional person over 10 years of age. No charge for children less than 10 years of age in the same room with parents.
Credit card required for $500 security deposit.
