La Residence sits right on the Sandy Ground Beach inches away from the water. This villa can be rented as a 1, 2, or 3 bedroom suites upstairs/downstairs. The two main floor suites have one bedroom, with extra large living room/dinning room and kitchen. There is a bathroom per suite. Each suite is furnished with rattan furniture and terracotta tiles. |

The upper level is a three bedroom suite, and three bathrooms, a large living/dining room and kitchen. All the bedrooms have king size beds and all airconditioned bedrooms. The two upper suites can be joined for a two bedroom suite. The decks have some of the most incredible views of the busy harbor. |

Alongside the Sandy Ground shores awaits you some of the islands best local restaurants, short walks across the beach takes you there. |

If cancelled prior to 60 days of arrival a full refund will be issued (minus $100 administration fee). If cancelled within 60 days of arrival no refund is provided.
Payments may be made via wire transfer or certified bank check. VISA and MasterCard are also accepted.
Check in time is 3:00 p.m. and check out time is 11:00 a.m.
Maximum 2 persons per bedroom. $25 per person for each additional person over 10 years of age. No charge for children less than 10 years of age in the same room with parents.
