Sundown is a lovely newly constructed villa built in January of 2004. The house is located a few feet opposite the world famous Mullins Beach, with fantastic views of the beach. It is tastefully decorated and includes the latest in entertainment equipment, including two Plasma TVs; surround sound stereo system, DVD player, high speed internet connection and many other modern facilities.

There are 4 air-conditioned bedrooms with bathrooms en-suite. Three bedrooms have ocean views. The house also has a large pool and beautifully landscaped gardens with outdoor shower. Huge gazebo which has a view of the beach, equipped with a 8 seater dining table, fridge, stainless steel full range BBQ grill and hammock.
