On the ground floor, the open concept living area offers a breathtaking view of the Caribbean Sea, allowing you to appreciate the stunning sunset each evening. On the same level the fully equipped kitchen – 2 ovens , 2 fridges/freezer, 2 microwave, 1 gas cooktop and 1 induction cooktop, 2 dishwashers – provides the ideal space to create culinary delights.

The ground floor also comprises a furnished and cosy media room equipped with a XXL Smart TV, as well as a utility room with 2 washers, dryers and 2 toilets. 2nd and 3rd levels are dedicated to the 6 bedrooms,which are all offering : king size bed, sofa, armchairs, ensuite bathroom, wardrobe, safe and large smart TV.

On the second level, 2 suites can communicate, 1 large suite opening on the beach side, with private balcony, and another suite on the street side. Upon request, the beds can be either king size beds or 2 twin beds.

You will be able to benefit from an amazing view to Grand Case bay and Anguilla thanks to large terraces and balconies at each level, which are furnished with comfortable sofas and armchairs.
