Bijou means "jewel" in French and this house is a real gem, located just a short walk from Baie Rouge beach in Terres Basses on the French side of the island. This two and a half bedroom, three bath villa is perfect for couples or families. Bijou was one of our most popular villas (formerly called Laguna) and the new owners have done some wonderful renovation to the house including new tile throughout, a gorgeous new custom kitchen, updated bathrooms and new furnishings.

The view from the pool deck is spectacular and encompasses Simpson Bay lagoon, the sea, Marigot and the island. The living and dining area open out onto the pool deck via sliding glass doors and share the same incredible view. The newly redone kitchen with stainless steel appliances opens to the living area as well.

Inside the main house is the master bedroom and bathroom as well as a half bedroom with full bathroom across the hall. This half bedroom is suitable for children or a single adult. The second bedroom is located in a separate cottage just steps from the main villa that has its own kitchenette, full bathroom, living area and deck making this home wonderful for two couples seeking privacy.
